By placing a bulk order with Madras Meat Mart, you agree to the following:

✅ Order & Payment

• Bulk orders (10kg+) must be placed 24 hours in advance.

• A token advance is required to confirm the order.

• Balance to be paid before or upon delivery.

💰 Pricing

• Rates apply for 10kg and above.

• Final rate is confirmed at the time of booking.

• Free delivery available within Chennai city limits.

🚚 Delivery

• Timely delivery is our priority. Any delays will be informed in advance.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive and verify the order.

🥩 Quality

• Meat is 100% Halal and hygienically packed.

• Once accepted, orders are non-returnable unless a quality issue is reported within 30 minutes, with photo/video proof.

❌ Cancellations

• Free cancellation if done 12+ hours before delivery.

• Late cancellations may result in partial or no refund of the advance.
